**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer support for use of the Accurate Background platforms
- Undertake checks and verifications offered by Accurate Background, this includes individual check types, batch processes and case management
- Ensure accurate information is gathered and efficient record keeping
- General back office administrative support including scanning and mail collection
- Carry out other duties as required by Accurate Background management
- Continually strive to raise the profile and reputation of Accurate Background and its Service delivery activities
- Assist in developing a positive working relationship between clients and all employees
- Ensure that all interface with clients reflects well upon Accurate Background
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in case management and administrative tasks where accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (in particular Word and Excel)
- Strong computer skills and problem-solving capability
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of motivation and personal integrity
- Knowledge of and commitment to quality improvement and customer focused service delivery
- Commitment to teamwork to help ensure the overall achievement of team goals and objectives
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $56,200 - $65,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
