Due to this continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an ambitious Project Coordinator to help oversee the immediate delivery of high-end fitout project valued $10M+.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with experienced Project Managers, Contract Managers, and leadership team. Your position will allow you to get involved in all aspects of each project to which you are stationed to, including supervision and management of trades on-site, managing of site WHS, ensuring scheduling restraints are adhered to, and liaising with stakeholders on a daily basis. Hence, the opportunity for career and professional development is advantageous.

**DUTIES.**
- Progress claims, variations, RFI’s
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Review and negotiate subcontract terms
- Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Ability to organise, communicate and display good time management skills
- Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
