**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

As the **General Manager People Experience,** you will develop and drive DECJUBA’s people strategy in alignment with DECJUBA’s overall business goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Formulate a contemporary people and culture strategy for the organisation while also advising and supporting line managers in areas such as key stakeholder engagement and workplace change.
- Ensure PX processes are optimised; identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Oversee creation and delivery of PX reporting to the business and Board that leads to actionable insights
- A strong focus on the talent agenda including attraction, retention, performance and development will also be critical for success in the position.
- Own induction, coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear measures, development plans and support mechanisms to establish succession plans and talent pipelines
- Implement performance management frameworks, programs and training initiatives that support and drive a performance-based culture
- Be responsible for the effective management and leadership of the people portfolio and be instrumental in building a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Provide strategic and operational direction in relation to employment relations, safety, organisational compliance, employment related legal matters, establishing and maintaining relationships with unions and employee associations and advocacy, representation and dispute resolution before employment tribunals

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in same or similar senior people and culture leadership roles
- Proven track record of people management including influencing and leading a team
- A demonstrated track record of commercial delivery, developing and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver results
- Cross functional understanding and ability to collaborate effectively across in a complex, fast paced business
- Demonstrated leadership of large and/or multi-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent oral, written and presentation/training skills
- Tertiary qualification(s) in business, HR or a relevant discipline
