Reporting into and partnering the CEO, the General Manager - People & Culture has a full breadth remit with a strong focus including:

- Talent management & engagement
- Talent acquisition (strategy and team oversight)
- Diversity & inclusion
- Process improvement, change management & comms
- Leadership development, coaching and support
- Employee relations
- Compliance, reporting
- Leadership of the small HR team

With experience in, and an appreciation for, the Consulting sector, your background and preference is to work in an organisation and position that is focused on the more ‘positive’ aspects of HR - nurturing and enhancing a great culture and team to grow an organisation. With a pragmatic approach and an ability to work in the detail, you enjoy creating and implementing solutions. As a skilled communicator and trustworthy, credible operator you build relationships with ease and inspire success in others.

As this organisation continues to grow, this opportunity provides an extensive palette to further enhance your career, work with great people, learn from others, and lead a valued P&C function. With an openness to 3, 4 or 5 days per week, this position will provide the flexibility to manage outside of work priorities whilst being a key senior team member and trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive.
