Hunter Street Hospitality, is eagerly seeking motivated & experienced A La Carte Section Waiter who are passionate about food and wine, give incredible customer service and who want to work in a fast paced, elegant, and awarded restaurant.

We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, likeminded people to join our dining group.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney.

What we are looking for:

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Fine Dining a la carte restaurant
Have an articulated knowledge of Sequence of Service
Have a passion for customer service
Show high attention to detail
Be punctual and reliable
Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
The ability to work as part of an energetic team
Display an engaging personality
Be professional, committed, and loyal
Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude
Tuesday to Saturday roster across Lunch and Dinner
Hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
