**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Advise on and implement pricing and promotional strategies that align with business goals and target the right customer segments.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to effectively promote our products.
- **Brand Management**: Help strengthen and protect the brand image through consistent messaging and strategic initiatives.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to create materials and campaigns that boost product awareness and drive sales.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, ideally within the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
