**The Opportunity**

This amazing new opportunity sits in the Technology & Operations side of the business.

Excitingly, you will be at the heart of leading the team that enables timely and reliable data outcomes to the reporting and analytics community.

You will need to be Melbourne based for this position.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the IM Support team to ensure timely and accurate data loading and analytics platform availability daily.
- Oversee and support the team in day to day deliverables to meet target service levels, ensuring the team have strong collaboration, prioritisation and resolving any activity blockers.
- Being the primary point of contact for Information Management in Medibank Change forums to understand, advocate and manage any potential impacts to systems and services.
- Communicate to consumers of IM data and services across theme of service performance, disruptions and improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in the discovery and delivery of service improvement initiatives

**About you**:
Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are degree qualified and have significant experience and skills with Information Management tools and technologies.

You are whizz with traditional data warehousing/ ETL tools along with AWS, Big Data and/or machine learning.

Experience in SAS, MicroStrategy and Tableau service offering in relation to reporting and analytics is also desirable.

You’ve got excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of data security and governance practices.
