We are the newly formed Ventures group at Medibank. We build, buy, and invest in amazing health products and services to grow Medibank’s impact to 10 million Australians by 2030. Our teams are obsessed with improving the health of Australia, by reimagining what healthcare is and how it’s delivered.

**The role**

This is a senior leadership role in the Ventures team, leading a multi-disciplinary Squad building the infrastructure that will support the success of our Ventures activities.

**As the Squad Lead you will be accountable for**:

- Designing and delivering the integrated strategy for how we approach the customer problems sets we have identified in a thoughtful, sequenced, and progressive way.
- Managing and leading our relationships with stakeholders across the health ecosystem that enable Medibank to fully leverage all the incredible work happening in health and outside of our walls.
- Driving the delivery and continuous enhancement of the technology infrastructure that will power our new digital health businesses.
- Supporting our Ventures teams in understanding where investment and acquisition can be an effective tool to accelerate our progress and intent and lead the process to implement those deals.

**About you**

You are a visionary leader with a proven track record in venture building, product ownership, and navigating the healthcare landscape.

You have a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships that translate to tangible value, maximising project success and organisational impact.

Your ability to influence key stakeholders has demonstrably driven positive outcomes for projects and initiatives.

You have a clear and nuanced view of the future of healthcare in the Australian ecosystem and a desire to play a key role in delivering that change.
