We have a rare and exciting opportunity in a newly created role based out of the central Melbourne store as a Deputy Head of Boutique. Through this you will play an important role in inspiring and managing a large format boutique team to exceed brand expectations and you will be the primary driver of day-to-day operations in the boutique through your luxury retail leadership. This is a senior-level role - requiring significant leadership experience.

Day to day will see you |
- Drive the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance and staff presentation.
- Manage and inspire Fashion advisors by being a role model
- Mentor, coach and actively participate in their professional development
- Set up effective communication channels within the team to foster open communication
- Build a client-centric boutique team that emphasizes client engagement and experience
- Support your team member's personal growth and well-being
- Translate goals into actions
- Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team of around 30
- A keen eye for details
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm demeanour
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding planning and organizing skills
