The Brand |

This brand is a women's multi-brand retailer housing a curated selection of the most coveted local and international designers and is a luxury fashion destination for timeless investment pieces and ready-to-wear runway styles. Their boutiques provide customers with personalised service and an elevated retail experience and we are looking for an energetic and engaging Boutique Operations Coordinator to lead and oversee the operational functions of their Armadale boutique.

The Role |

Collaborating closely with the management, retail and head office team, this role holds significant importance in meeting daily business goals. In this role you will oversee the operations of the boutique and be responsible for enhancing efficiency and assisting both the boutique and online clientele by ensuring precise inventory management.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in operational, stock management, or sales roles within retail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a positive outlook.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, coupled with initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, adjusting workload and tasks accordingly.

The Offer |

In return for your outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and an exclusive product discount. This is a part-time opportunity (3-4 days per week) between Monday - Friday (a retail rarity) and will allow you to collaborate and gain exposure across the retail and head office functions of this growing Luxury business.
