**About the opportunity**

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Milwaukee MX Fuel Power Tool Specialist to create user demand for the Milwaukee MX Fuel range. The MX Fuel Power Tool Specialist will maintain, support and service the end user to create the best user experience possible by offering solution-based selling. Reporting to the MX Fuel Specialist Team Leader, the MX Fuel Power Tool Specialist will be charged with their own territory across Adelaide to convert strategic users to the Milwaukee brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing products to the Milwaukee MX Fuel platform.
- Implement the user focused channel marketing strategies.
- Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand.
- Conduct training sessions on MX Fuel products with Milwaukee staff and MX agents so they understand our value proposition.
- Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company’s competency framework.
- Continually work on being a high performing sales professional whilst being conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- End user facing experience.
- Experienced with using CRM software (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
