We’re establishing a new division focused on servicing Chinese-speaking clientele interested in booking luxury cruises.

**About the Role**

As our Mandarin-Speaking Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts targeted at Chinese travellers. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies tailored to the Chinese market.

Assisting with the organisation and promotion of events targeting Chinese travellers.

Providing support for other marketing initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
**To excel in this role, you’ll need**:
Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Previous experience in marketing or a related field

Experience in marketing to the Chinese community on various Chinese social platforms such as WeChat, LittleRedbook

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools for graphics, flyers, videos

An understanding of Chinese culture and consumer preferences

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with potential clients, in person or through social channels

Dedication to work and a desire to constantly improve yourself

High work quality standard, excellence being your benchmark

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable Qualities**
- Experience in WordPress admin
- Competency in copywriting in Chinese
- Travel & Cruise Experiences
