**Ray White Parramatta** are seeking a driven, hungry and motivated individual to join their team as their next **Sales Associate** superstar.

Previous real estate experience and the ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous, but not essential. We are more interested in people who have a fantastic attitude. We can teach you the skills, so long as you have the drive, the motivation and the commitment to learn and succeed.

**The role - your duties will include**:

- Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs;
- Booking and assisting with home appraisals;
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections;
- Managing leads pipeline;
- Assisting with listing properties for sale;
- Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers;
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
- Assisting in developing marketing materials;
- Data entry and other administrative duties as required; and
- Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
- Any other ad hoc general administration duties.
- A current Certificate Of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous, but not essential;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- An exceptional customer service ethos and exceptional follow-up;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Process driven with impeccable attention to detail;
- High level problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;

- Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems;
- A team player, forward thinking, open to change & focused on continuous improvement; and
- Punctual.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
