6mo Fixed Term HR Advisor Role in Large NFP - Use Your Knowledge of Awards/EBAs to Support this Busy HR Team

**Your new company**
A large NFP based in Melbourne's North is seeking to add to their P&C team. Joining a large HR team, you will work in the community sector and make an impact.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will work in a fast based and busy team, responsible for the following:

- Inbox & Query Management
- Supporting HR Business Partners
- Exit Interviews
- Interpretation & Provide Advice Based on Awards/EBAs/Policy
- Reporting on HR Data - leave, absenteeism etc
- Review of PDs, Classification of Roles

**What you'll need to succeed**
Prior experience with EBAs an Awards is essential, as is the ability to understand and interpret HR policy. Ideally you will have worked in the NFP, health, disability, aged care or community sectors before.

**What you'll get in return**
You will work with a large well known NFP brand in a large HR team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of $80-85k + super + salary packaging. True flexibility with 1-2 days in the office and the rest from home. This role has potential to be ongoing.
