**What we are looking for**:
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in mining equipment maintenance and remote monitoring.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management, with a strong ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport building both in face-to-face interactions and remote communication settings.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, enabling comprehensive evaluation and interpretation of data.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to mining operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting exceptional organizational skills and adeptness at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
