About the Role:
Key Details:
- Casual roles available- Hourly rate & incentives (You’re also PAID for National Public Holidays)- Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 11pm (During daylight savings 10pm, No weekend Work)- Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities- Hybrid opportunity once you've settled into your new role (mix of onsite & work from home requirements)- Undercover Parking/ Train Stations closeby- Employee Referral Program- Tenure Recognition Program- Office located in Latrobe Street, Melbourne CBD - close to transport, shopping & food options- A diverse and supportive working environment - everyone is welcome here, and our differences make us stronger
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a current understanding of the Department’s programmes and initiatives- Assist callers with understanding programme information, use of the website, completing relevant forms, troubleshooting and calculators- Understand and meet individual and campaign targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)- Ensure that all transactions are completed thoroughly and convey information in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Department

- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills- Excellence in service delivery- Proficient written and oral communication skills- A positive 'can do' attitude- A passion to succeed in a fast paced environment- Attention to detail and an administration background
