**THE POSITION**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- After sales customer service - Delivery, product issues etc.
- Warranty claims
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Data entry
- Claims resolution

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous customer service experience dealing with **products not services**:

- Intermediate computer skills using an inhouse database
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

**Hours**: Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

**Salary**: $60K + Super

**Work Type**: Permanent Full Time
