As we continue to expand and take on exciting new projects, we are looking for a
**Recruitment Business Partner** to join the Genus Industrial for 12 month maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of extending.

The GIS recruitment division specialises in coordinating the high-volume recruitment & mobilisation of blue and white-collar personnel.

**Duties**:

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

**About You;**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role with high-volume recruitment in a mining or heavy industry site environment
- Previous experience in the recruitment of a blue-collar workforce, preferably with electrical trades
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities, with strong adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, as required.
- High level of internet and PC proficiency, including use of Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Software/s
