**About Us**
Bounce Hostel Melbourne is one of Australia’s top-rated hostels, located in the heart of the CBD. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, friendly, and safe environment for travellers from around the world.

We’re currently looking for a **Night Receptionist** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys customer service, and is confident managing responsibilities overnight.

**The Role**
- Night shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Oversee late check-ins and early check-outs
- Provide overnight guest support and assistance
- Clean and close common areas (e.g. kitchen, cinema room)
- Conduct regular safety and security checks
- Maintain a calm, welcoming presence overnight

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
- Confident under pressure and enjoys helping people
- Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, or customer service is an advantage
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided)
