That is why the delivery of maintenance services and support systems needs to be completely transformed to improve renter satisfaction and deliver greater value.The Change Analyst, Maintenance Delivery Transformation supports Homes Victoria's maintenance transformation change program, being the change analyst within the proposed delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.This role will suit an experienced Change Analyst who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high-performing program and is focused on delivering great outcomes.You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will confidently manage competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Provide expert analysis, advice and support to stakeholder groups regarding change strategies, implementation plans and arising risks.2. Provide analysis and support change management initiatives and integrated approaches to the maintenance delivery transformation3. Provide timely expert advice and develop open and effective communication strategies, including a collection of highly complex, contentious, or sensitive information on matters of staff or business.
