Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:The position of Multicultural Health Worker will**:

- Work with the Māori and Pacific Islander community to deliver culturally tailored healthy eating, physical activity and healthy lifestyle education sessions to the parents, carers, and children of those communities.
- Provide culturally tailored information, advice, and input to inform health assessment, treatment planning and brief interventions for consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate culturally tailored engagement activities, working closely with the Senior Multicultural Coordinator, Senior Multicultural Nutritionist, and Clinic Team Lead, providing advice to support the Māori and Pacific Islander community's health needs.
