**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to facilitate the delivery of the Multicultural Liaison Service (MLS) in Metro North Health (MNH). Provide liaison, support, governance and coordination to external Multicultural Liaison Volunteers (MLV) and support the continued growth and development of the MNH Multicultural Liaison Service.

About you

Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Metro North Values as outlined below.
Support the development, implementation and embedding of strategies, systems and processes to improve and enhance the Multicultural Liaison capacity and capability of Metro North Health.
Support and facilitate the appropriate engagement of Multicultural Liaison Volunteers across MNH.
Liaise, collaborate and communicate effectively with a range of cultures to encourage Multicultural Liaison through a spirit of cooperation.
Develop, maintain and expand a suitable network of approved Multicultural Liaison Volunteers.
