We're looking for someone who:

Is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW)

Has EMDR Level 1 & 2 training (with clinical experience).

Brings a systemic, attachment-based, and neurodevelopmentally informed approach.

Enjoys working collaboratively and values connection, growth, and compassion in practice.

Permanent part-time or full-time opportunity

$110,000 – $160,000 + Super (pro rata depending on experience)

Therapywell is expanding our integrative allied health team across our two beautiful Brisbane locations — Auchenflower and Mount Gravatt — and we're inviting an EMDR-trained Mental Health Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary practice.

You'll be part of a purpose-driven, relationally focused team that includes psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology and disabikity support workers — all working together to support children, adolescents, adults, and families through a holistic lens.
