To ensure its success; we are currently searching for an exceptional Level 1 Technician to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for clients on all IT inquires. This position is based in Yagoona, NSW.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Supporting users with their IT requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to ensure effective and timely solutions.
- Provide recommendations and fixes in a timely manner while maintaining effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Providing end-to-end solutions through research, investigation, and implementation.
- Creating and updating technical documentation to assist in streamlined service desk process.
- Ensuring assets are tested, stored, identified, and updated in the ITSM database.

**The Right Person**

To be considered you will have:

- Hands-on experience in workstation hardware/software.
- Proven experience identifying, escalating, and troubleshooting various IT issues remotely, while dealing with non-technical end users.
- Strong organisation and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IP networking, DHCP, DNS and general network principles.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Server 2012, 2016, 2019 editions.
- Understanding of Active Directory principals and best practices.
- Understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of malicious detection software and removal methods.
- Understanding of Cloud Computing - Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualisation (VMware).
- Knowledge of administering cloud computing (Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with Service Desk Ticketing Systems.
