**We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Samoan Disability Support Worker to join our team in Padstow, NSW.**This role involves providing personalized support to participants in the community—helping them build independence, access social activities, and achieve their personal goals.

You’ll assist individuals with both low-level and complex needs—supporting their independence, access to community, and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support with **daily tasks**, **community access**, and **recreational activities**:

- Promote **healthy habits** and provide **respite care**:

- Manage **medication prompts** and support individuals with **complex behaviours**

About You:

- Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
- Experienced in disability or community care
- Flexible and available multiple days per week
- **Driver’s licence and car insurance** - _highly valued_

Required:

- First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Padstow NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
