**About the role**:
This casual role is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. You will be providing support for our care recipients to maintain their well-being, develop lifelong skills, work towards their goals and give them access to community and social interaction.

Duties may include supporting people with daily living skills, providing personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, supporting with health and well-being and community/activity participation.

Shift times vary across the week and can include weekend work. Work-life balance is very important to us and therefore every weekend won’t be required. Although, if you’re after weekend work that would be a bonus

**You will need**
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to work varying shifts including weekends when required
- Certificate III or equivalent in relevant studies or equivalent knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to providing the best care to our clients through positive interactions
- Able to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the role
- Be reliable and punctual
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- A current, unrestricted Driver's Licence
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A current Working with Children Check
- A comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle
- A clear and recent criminal history check
- Work references

**Salary**: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
