This role is based in a busy contact centre environment dealing with a wide and varied range of caller enquiries.
a) How do you ensure the accuracy of information provided to a caller who has a particularly complex or unique enquiry?

**Target Question 2**:
Describe your previous contact centre experience and how you personally ensured callers always had a positive customer experience. Provide an example of a time this has not been the case, why?
