**The Opportunity**
We currently have a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity for an Office Administration/All-Rounder to join our friendly team based in Para Hills West, SA. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday.
**About the Role**
The Office Administration/All-Rounder will act as the point of contact for all customer enquiries and provide administrative support.
This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including providing exceptional customer service by attending to customer enquiries, data entry, assist and back up to the Accounts Payable/Receivable function and Council Portal function, receiving and forwarding communication and taking care of more general clerical duties.
**To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have**:
- People-orientated and adaptable skills
- Experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role preferred
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a positive “Can Do” attitude and be well-presented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
