Industry leading NFP in the health space looking for a Finance Business partner with a flair for numbers.

Recently they have embarked on an extremely positive growth program that will not only improve overall organisational productivity and efficiency but will also allow the back-office functions to add a lot more value.

**The Role**

In this role as a Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting the Finance & Operations which will report into the Head of Finance. You will be providing accurate financial and non-financial reporting. As part of this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and consolidating annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, including working with senior operational stakeholders
- Updating business units regarding their monthly financial reports and position, providing analysis, advice and insights into their performance and recommend corrective action where necessary
- Maintain strong working relationships with the business units to understand their work and their need for finance services.
- Allocating funding to 80+ cost centres
- Supporting the wider Finance Department
- Working with Project Managers on budgets, forecasts and reporting, preparation and audit of project acquittals
- Assisting with a Finance Transformation Project
- Managing a Team of 6 junior staff
- Annual budget process, building the budget templates and working with business unit leaders to build a 3-way budget (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow).

This role will be an initial 15-month Fixed Term Contract with an opportunity to go permanent.

**Your Profile**
- Preferable you are CA or CPA Qualified
- You are ambitious, highly motivated and you have a natural flair for numbers
- You possess exceptional communication skills and have a real ability to work with operational stakeholders
- You are a real people manager and enjoy mentoring a young team
- You don't just see the big picture, you have the creative flair to understand the story behind the numbers, to be able to juggle multiple cost centres and track revenue
- You possess advanced Excel modelling skills
