About the Role

As the Finance Business Partner, you'll provide strategic financial and operational advice to senior leaders, driving informed decision-making and supporting the achievement of key performance and sustainability goals. This is a highly visible role, working closely with portfolio executives and managers to deliver insight, analysis, and financial leadership that influences the organisation's broader direction.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships across the business as the key finance contact for your portfolio
  • Lead reporting and performance analysis to support informed decision-making
  • Deliver financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support strategic and investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
  • Provide financial education and advice to strengthen commercial capability across the organisation

The Successful Candidate

  • CA/CPA qualified with experience in Finance Business Partnering or Analysis or Senior Management Accounting
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
