Monash Health is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Full time, permanent position).

**About The Role**:
The Finance Business Partners Research Strategy and SPF will work directly with the Senior Business Partner Clinical Support and their Operational\Service Directors to provide day to day financial advice\support across Research, Clinical Trials and Special Purpose funds. The role is responsible for developing and implementing streamlined financial processes across Research programs. In addition the role will facilitate the preparation of annual budgets, ongoing forecasts, analyse monthly financial performance against budget and prepare reports and business cases to support new trials and services.

About You:

- Designing and implementing business strategies
- An ability to analyse financial information including:

Monitoring financial performance ,
- Creating a budget.
- Reviewing business cases
- Preparing financial acquittals
- Overseeing relevant Projects
- Developing partnership relationships across Monash Health

**What You Need**:

- Tertiary Accounting /Business Qualification
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
