Monash Health Imaging is looking for an experienced Site Administration Supervisor to work upto 80 hours per fortnight at Casey Hospital and Pakenham Health Centre.

Monash Imaging provides over 365,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites. The Service budgets for approximately 500 EFT and has an expense budget of $100M.
**Monash Health Imaging** is a busy, multi-modality department providing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services to the outer southeast region of Melbourne and West Gippsland for adult and paediatric patients. **About the Role**
This is a supervisory position responsible for organising and overseeing the day-to-day activities of Monash Health Imaging Administration staff at a site level. The role is to ensure compliance of administration processes and procedures to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of imaging services.
This position has a mentoring component to ensure administration competencies are meet and data entry is accurate. The Monash Health Imaging Site Administration Supervisor will co-ordinate the administration function at the imaging sites and act to implement service-wide initiatives and workflow procedures.
- Rostered in a service delivery position
- Manage daily administration operational requirements
- Maintain administration roster
- Provide collaborative support to the Imaging Network Administration Manager and Site Operations Manager
- Mentoring staff to assist learning
- Conduct Performance enhancement of administration staff
- Collaboration with senior administration leadership in staff recruitment
- Manage administration staff recruitment for the site
Your regular hours will be rostered between Monday and Friday each week, however there is a need for you to be able to work after hours and/or weekends on occasion as the business requires.

**What You need**:
You will have a nationally recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated experience in office management (preference to Health related industry).

**Previous experience in an Imaging environment will be strongly preferred.**
