The role The Manager, Systems, Governance, and Leadership is responsible for leading and managing the complex and system-wide initiatives related to the BreastScreen Queensland (BSQ) Program and networked functions. The role leads system model design, including service delivery, system leader functions and quality within the BSQ Program and Networked Service functions. You will proactively manage project timelines, schedules and budgets to ensure appropriate reporting, milestone delivery, payments and escalating risks. Furthermore, develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and undertake complex data analysis to generate and communicate insights, provide critical advice and inform service planning and project design.
Under the leadership of the Deputy Director-General, QPHaSS operates as a system leader to bring together key system support functions to promote health, prevent disease and manage public health risks in Queensland. This includes statewide surveillance, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of services and programs that prevent or control health-related diseases, hazards and harmful practices and enhance protective health factors to promote the overall health and wellbeing of Queenslanders.
