We're seeking a Procurement Governance Process and Systems Lead to take charge of all spend over $150K—driving compliance, strategy, and innovation across procurement and contract management.

This role is the go-to advisor and escalation point, providing tools, reporting, and strategic sourcing insights to uplift procurement capability and ensure excellence in a complex, ever-changing landscape.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and oversee the implementation of best-practice procurement governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance procurement capability across the organisation
- Oversee frameworks, systems, and compliance
- Drive transformation and continuous process improvement
- Provide expert support high-risk procurement activity
- Build stakeholder confidence through expert advice and collaboration

**What You Bring**
- 10+ years in senior procurement roles
- Proven leadership in procurement transformation and capability uplift
- Deep knowledge of procurement legislation (e.g., Modern Slavery, ESG, Carbon Reduction)
- Strong experience in governance, systems, and process implementation
- MCIPS or relevant degree highly regarded
