We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support our HR Services team. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday in our Perth Support Centre based in Balcatta.

**Job Description**:
As the HR Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the business in various aspects of HR including Recruitment and Generalist HR. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, you will be supporting the business in a varied role including contract generation, visa management, management of external training bookings, stakeholder management, assisting with mobilisations and demobilisations of client contracts and policy interpretation. You will also be assisting the business’ operational HR teams in providing first level advisory support to your stakeholder groups. You must have an excellent eye for detail as accuracy is vital for this role.

**Main Responsibilities for the role**:

- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, variation letters, statement of service and any other ad hoc requests.
- Enter new hire details onto the payroll system.
- Organise and maintain personnel records.
- Process external training requests.
- Complete monthly reports such items as Visa, Credit Card Reconciliation and R&R reimbursement reports.
- Provide support and advice to key stakeholders on employee salaries and classifications in line with relevant Awards/EA’s.
- Answer base level employee relation / policy queries.
- Provide support to our wider HR department.
- Update internal databases and data/process management tools.
- Support Policy and Process review, implementation and promotion.
- Participate in HR Projects

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you’ll need**:

- Tertiary HR Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
