This role operates within the Information Technology & Digital Support department which will provide support to the Supreme Court of Victoria (the Court) for all aspects of digital and Information Technology (IT) service provision.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated ability to show strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and troubleshoot them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrated ability to show adaptability and a willingness to quickly adapt to changing technology and business needs while working in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to quickly learn business processes and knowledge, including understanding the organization structure, and workflows to provide effective support to users and stakeholders.
- Good teamwork skills, work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds, and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Duties include**:
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.
- Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
- Action and management of BAU Change Requests and associated activities
- Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures.
- Create and maintain support documentation.
- Be able to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
