**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists to work with Judicial Registrar Conidi within the Costs Court at the Supreme Court of Victoria, commencing approximately **October 2025**. The Judicial Registrar hears a variety of costs matters arising out of both the Commercial Court and Common Law Division. Judicial Registrar Conidi also conducts judicial mediations with the support of his Associate. Hybrid working and additional leave entitlements are a feature of this role.
Duties include:
- Maintaining electronic court files and case management systems
- Attending judicial mediations
- Legal research
- Managing the Judicial Registrar's diary
- Clerking in court (including virtually)
- Liaising with judicial officers, practitioners, court staff, and members of the public
**About You**
To be successful in this role you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, personal qualities suitable for liaising with the profession and members of the public, as well as a strong academic record. Two years post-graduation experience is desirable.
