We are currently looking for a People & Culture Advisor - Remuneration and Benefits to join us at in our Perth CBD Head Office in a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity.

**About the role**
- You’ll provide advice in relation to position benchmarking, data analysis, market rate advice, etc.
- Actively participating in the annual remuneration process
- Research and investigate industry best practices in the remuneration space to support the internal improvement opportunities projects
- Assist in completion of annual data submission for participation in benchmarking surveys
- Own the monthly HR metrics reporting (Monthly and Annual Reporting) including market and industry trends analysis and trends; and
- Partner with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of the annual remuneration process outcomes.

**About you**
- Advance numeracy, analysis, and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of Remuneration and Benefits best practice or at least interest in the remuneration space
- Exposure to EBA’s and Modern Awards is a must
- Proven experience in a similar role and industry will be highly regarded
- Specialist experience in reporting or analytics or remuneration space; and
- You’ll also have experience in fast paced HR team.
