Due to phenomenal growth across our business, we have a Retail Analyst role that supports our brands of Arc’teryx, Salomon and Wilson.

**About the role**

The Retail Analyst will analyse sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights that improve retail operations and drive growth.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance, to optimize our retail strategies across online and brick-and-mortar stores.. Day to day responsibilities include;
- **Develop, Automate & Maintain Reports**:Develop and maintain reporting tools - primarily, but not limited to, Excel & Power BI - with a focus on automation. Work with the Sales Operations team to ensure efficient and effective reporting standards.
- **Performance Metrics**:Develop and track KPIs for store performance, product sell-through, and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Traffic Forecasting**:Create data-driven sales and traffic forecasts to support inventory planning, merchandising, and seasonal product launches.
- **Inventory Optimization**:Work with the merchandising team to monitor stock levels, identify over/under-performing products, and optimize inventory turnover.
- **Customer Insight Analyses**:Analyse customer behaviour and demographics to inform targeted marketing strategies and improve the customer’s experience.
- **Collaborate**:With cross functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- **Present Analyses**:Present analyses to various cross functional teams as required.
- **Retail Operations Support**:Collaborate with store managers to analyse in-store performance and implement ‘best-practice’ for improved operations.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and recommend improvements in retail processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

**About you**
- **Passionate & Enthusiastic**:You are a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is keen to embrace a growing, fast-paced environment and help mould it for the better.
- **Analytical Experience**:You have strong analytical experience with proficiency in data analysis tools such as - but not limited to - Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**:You have a great problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks but also drive projects as part of a team.
- **Retail Proficiency (Desirable)**:You have experience working in, and understanding, a retail environment with competency in POS systems (i.e., Shopify) and ERP systems (i.e., SAP) as a plus.
