**About the Team**

**About the Technology**
Relectrify’s advanced battery management system (BMS) and inverter comprises of three parts: hardware electronics controlling power flows inside battery packs; embedded software algorithms that inform how the hardware electronics operate; and data analytics to allows customers to monitor their batteries and allow continuous improvement of Relectrify’s algorithms. Together Relectrify uses these to notably increase battery performance and lifetime.
Capable, affordable battery storage unlocks value for customers from farms to solar houses, power grids, and beyond. Relectrify therefore actively forms strategic collaborations with innovative, sector-leading storage companies across the world to jointly develop and release uniquely positioned storage products
**The Role**
‘People Ops’ puts employees first. This is a strategic role that proactively focuses on employee engagement and retention as well as leadership and management strategies. It involves all actions that help employees improve satisfaction and productivity at Relectrify, from the moment they’re hired. This is a different role to traditional HR which is more focused on legal, compliance and structural issues. You will have an enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude and enjoy taking on a diverse range of responsibilities. With the right skills and attitude you have significant opportunity to define your career trajectory.
You will work directly with our CEO and other Executives including VP Finance & Operations.
**Requirements**:
**About You**
**Experience & Knowledge**
- Experience treating employees as internal customers, supporting them on a day-to-day basis and increasing their satisfaction and productivity
- Onboarding new employees and ensuring they have access to necessary people and knowledge, resources and tech, from their first day
- HR operational or HR generalist experience is preferred, including with routine work like adapting and issuing employee/consultancy contracts
- Modern, people-first processes and systems
**Attributes & behaviours**
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and ability to work at fast pace
- Strong English language and writing skills
- A service oriented, empathetic, people-centric approach
- Very strong EQ, ability to connect strongly with people of different backgrounds/ages/situations
- Continual improvement focus, ability to pick up on issues/improvements around the office
- Willingness to be hands on
- Collecting and analysing key employee metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and adopt a growth mindset
- Experience developing a people strategy, increasing employee value
- Qualification in HR or related discipline
- Broad, generalist HR experience in SME fast growth environment
- Proven ability to coach and develop people
- Experience with ‘Employment Hero’ (an enthusiasm for learning new systems is equally good)
