**About the role**:
CSR is seeking a **fixed term WMS** **Project Coordinator** to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. Based in North Ryde, this role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful change, and help shape the future of our organisation.
As a key member of the project team, you'll maintain project plans, track budgets and timelines, and support governance and reporting processes. You'll also play a vital role in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and change management activities. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain detailed project plans and schedules across workstreams
- Track budgets, benefits, risks, and timelines against project goals
- Deliver insights on project costing and benefit analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations for steering committees and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team communications
- Manage project registers and documentation
- Support onboarding/offboarding and HR/change activities
- Liaise across functions to ensure alignment and progress
- Assist with audits and governance compliance
**What You'll Bring**:
- 5+ years' experience supporting project delivery and budgets
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and JIRA
- Experience with project methodologies and business/software delivery
- Ability to engage stakeholders and synthesise complex information
- A proactive mindset and critical thinking skills
