The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Dental Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Provide quality treatment in all areas of general dental clinical practice
Manage, treat, and prevent dental diseases
Meet key performance indicators to ensure achievement of organisational requirements
High level of communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:
Dentistry tertiary qualification
AHPRA Registration
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Driver License
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

Permanent part time (60.80 hrs p.f.)
Base salary ranging from $64.45 - $75.39 per hour

About Us

Oral Health Service provides quality clinical dental treatment to eligible patients within the community; through community dental clinics and mobile services across Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service. The Dentists will provide general dental care to those eligible patients from community dental clinics.
