A growing, boutique dental practice located in Hope Island (less than 20 minutes from Helensvale) is seeking an Office Coordinator/Practice Manager with Dental Assisting experience to join our friendly, vibrant team.

**THE ROLE**

This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Practice Manager with DA Experience to join a growing, boutique dental practice.

The Office Coordinator/Practice Manager role is Monday-Friday, with hours rostered in advance for up to an average of 35-40 hours per week. Flexibility is required with working hours possible over days and some evenings.

The Office Coordinator/Practice Manager is responsible for all reception work including greeting patients, managing the appointment book and payments, where required there are also additional duties to assist our Principal Dentist with all general and cosmetic procedures, sterilising equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Additional managing duties include liaising with reps, ordering, patient treatment planning, staff training, reporting to the principal and positively contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be living in Australia - the position is on Hope Island, Gold Coast Queensland.
- You must have previous dental reception experience to be considered for this role. In addition, the suitable applicant will:

- Have a bubbly outgoing personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Have great communication skills, be confident, mature-minded and a quick learner
- Be organised, reliable and have a professional attitude
- Be able to Chair side Assist as well
- Be a great team player, have the willingness to take initiative, to learn and grow with the practice
- Can demonstrate proof of prior accomplishments in performing similar managing roles
- Have previous Dental Assisting experience
- Have their own vehicle and a driver’s licence
- Social media marketing skills would be an advantage
