**About the Role**

To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced National Head of Regional and Agribusiness to join the leadership team and guide us into this new era. The National Head of Regional and Agribusiness will be responsible for leading our regional and agribusiness banking teams and will help shape and deliver on our strategic initiatives whilst continuing to drive growth across our sectors.

**About you**
In addition to the above, the successful applicant will have:
- Substantial knowledge of general business and agribusiness banking operations and lending.
- Develop and implement innovative scalable strategies to boost operational efficiencies and ensure sustainable growth.
- Experience in fostering a high-performance culture across teams, promoting a safe and productive, inclusive working environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a banking environment.
- The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across varying locations.
- A degree qualification in a business related or Agribusiness related discipline is desirable.
