Join our Customer Service team on a Full Time, permanent basis at our
**Beenleigh branch** based at Loganholme Mon - Fri 9am-5pm.

**Duties**
- Foster and Drive the “Yes We Can” attitude in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction
- Handling customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner from the onset to the finalisation
- Providing customers with product, service and procedural information in a clear and simple format, always ensuring accuracy
- Supporting internal and external sales with new and prospective customers
- Supporting operations to ensure the customers' expectations of service are exceeded
- Demonstrate ownership of customer enquiries, ensure follow through and finalise all inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain existing Supagas accounts with utmost professionalism
- Answering high volume of incoming calls, placing orders and redirecting calls as required
- Achieve set targets and KPI’s

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in a contact call centre (high volume call intake)
- Demonstrated experience in customer sales, customer retention and customer dispute resolution
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and dispute resolution skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent, professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
- A passion for customer service
- Attention to detail, time management & problem solving skills
- A professional approach and positive attitude towards your work and team mates
- Ability to work to deadline
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Familiarity with Pronto (desired not essential
