**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Manager to lead our team in the distribution of healthcare devices located in Marsden Park, NSW.

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products, and ensuring that all team members are meeting performance targets. The hours for this role are 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Contribute to improvement of systems, processes and standards, and to sustainability in safety and environmental performance.
- Train and manage team members effectively, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment

**Qualifications**

**To be a successful applicant for this role you will need**:

- Forklift License
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and efficiently, with a focus on driving performance and results
