As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Lead & managing your assigned Department,
- Supporting operational excellence, quality and efficiency through analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows,
- Responsible for your assigned Department's SOP's and daily tasks in order to achieve customer satisfaction,
- Responsible to conduct inventory counts
- Identify risks and issues in daily Department team and support resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up.
- Daily Reporting

**Qualifications**
The successful Team Leader will have the following capabilities:

- Good understanding of warehouse operations and proven experience in leading & coaching a team,
- Hands on approach,
- National Logistics industry standards,
- Strong communication & coordinator skills,
- Ability to collaborate and empower others through people development.
