**The Role**: We have an exciting opportunity for an expert, passionate, results-driven CRM specialist. Working with the global Senior CRM Manager, you will:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the local CRM program for this popular Australian online cruise travel agency
- Help build a world-class CRM engine to profitably retain and grow our Australian customer base
- Work on new projects to improve our customer experience across relevant touch points and grow Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Work with the global Senior CRM Manager to develop and own the end-to-end CRM Roadmap
- Deliver on leads and revenue targets from our existing customer and marketing subscriber base
- Optimize CRM performance by coordinating the product and offer selection with the Country Head and Cruise Product teams
- Drive flawless execution of all CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey stages: Sign-Up, Welcome, Sales Offers, Retargeting, Reactivation, Loyalty, and CX Feedback
- Continuously look for ways to improve campaign reach, deliverability, engagement, customer retention, and CLV
- Analyze and optimize all CRM touchpoints
- Manage the collection of our CruiseAway Australia Voice-of-Customer Feedback from the website platform and via survey tools
- Analyze and report on customer feedback about CX pain points and successes
**Continuous Test and Learn Approach**
- Develop hypotheses for new CRM targeting, offers, design, messaging, timing, and frequency and perform A/B testing to recommend optimizations
- Analyze and scale what works - and have the confidence to cut what doesn’t
**Forecasting & Budget Management**
- Work with Country team and Senior CRM Manager to set lead generation, conversion, and pipeline goals via CRM channels
- Grow retention and CLV to efficiently scale our CruiseAway Australia customer base
**Performance Management**
Help set and track growth metrics and quarterly OKRs (Objectives + Key Results) for your role
- Provide detailed reporting and data analysis for maximum visibility into CRM performance vs targets
- Identify pain-points and pragmatically improve upon non-performing areas
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in eDM creation, preferably for an e-commerce business
- Strong eDM experience in delivering online newsletters
- Adept with practical use of segmentation and targeting
- Proven ability to use social media to drive a strong customer community
- Experience with driving revenue results via eDM channels
- Good use of image creation and resizing tools (Photoshop or other similar tools)
- Experiences of online marketing tools and reporting techniques
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end delivery of Direct Marketing and Digital Communication Campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- An eye for detail and creativity
- Can work autonomously or collaboratively in a team environment
**_Desirable Experience_**
- Experience in a Regional or Global role
- Knowledge of the Travel and Cruise Industry
- Experience with Copywriting
