Earlyhood is looking for a strong ECT to lead the preschool room at a privately-owned Kindergarten located in North Sydney.

This position would suit an educator who is looking for career progression as this position may lead into the role of a 2IC and Educational Leader in the future depending on your skills and experience.

The is a full-time position and the role starts in Mid-July.

**About this role**:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor in Early Childhood & Education (ECT) - Strong Diploma would be considered.
- Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
