As Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving product enhancements while providing essential support to the Group Product Manager for Engage. This requires you to collaborate with the Engage team, broader Product Development team, other teams across the HUB24 Group that both leverage and support Engage, and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the day-to-day liaison between the Group Product Manager, and the product development, UX design, and business teams.
- Maintain the kanban board, facilitate daily huddles, and manage backlog prioritisation.
- Assist with documenting user stories and requirements, ensuring alignment of design and development teams with desired product outcomes.
- Assist with conducting user research and analyse feedback via tools like Dovetail and Productboard.
- Lead co-ordination of pilot and beta programs, collate feedback and behavioural usage analytics data, to contribute to product roadmap decisions and success metrics.
- Provide creative input on UX and visual design, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Support internal teams with troubleshooting portfolio data issues, including corporate actions, security pricing, and performance calculations, ensuring accurate reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years’ working in Financial Services & Technology, with expertise in portfolio analysis and reporting and designing digital experiences.
- Extensive experience working closely with advisers, accountants, and clients, resulting in a deep understanding of their reporting needs and workflows.
- Ability to breakdown complex problems, identify high-value opportunities, and prioritise solutions in a logical, strategic sequence.
- Skilled in documenting user stories and collaborating with development teams to translate requirements into actionable work.
- Strong understanding of investment data, including corporate actions, security pricing, income processing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in performance calculation methodologies and the impact of data integrity on accurate portfolio reporting.
- Excellent communicator with influencing skills across business and technology teams.
- Excellent client presentation and written skills, with ability to pitch to the right audience level.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work effectively.
